Services

Customer Protection Texas Moving Company is full coverage worker's compensation insurance—we were the first moving company accepted into Texas Worker's Compensation Insurance Fund. The worker's compensation laws of Texas prevent an employee covered under this policy from filing suit against a tenant or property owner. The worker's compensation coverage carried by many of our competitors does not offer this protection from litigation.

Certified Professional Mover is a computerized, interactive training program that is sponsored by the American Moving and Storage Association, and Texas Moving Company was one of the first moving companies in the country to implement the CPM program. All certified professional movers must pass a series of examinations that cover the various aspects of household goods moving, providing the customer with the assurance that her belongings are being handled by highly competent professionals.

The Certified Moving Consultant designation is used to identify those sales consultants who have passed a rigorous examination, comprised of both written tests and on the job experience. Certified Moving Consultants command an in-depth knowledge of the moving industry and moving procedures as well as exhibit the highest ethical standards in all aspects of the profession. Texas Moving Company believes strongly in the value of the CMC certification to provide customers with the best possible service, so all of our sales representatives have either achieved this designation or are in the process of achieving CMC status.

Texas Moving Company is very proud to announce our selection into the exclusive Pinnacle Mover Program. The Pinnacle Mover designation is given by the Southwest Movers Association to those companies that maintain the highest levels of professionalism and was designed to allow customers to quickly identify the very best in the household goods moving industry. This seal means that a company has passed an extremely rigorous certification process of the entire business. Furthermore, companies that receive the Pinnacle Mover status must continually submit to quality audits to keep the status.
