Positions

Drivers - If you are a professional driver with a clean driving record looking for a long-term position, we would like to talk with you. Our fleet of drivers includes local drivers and over-the-road drivers. TMC operates in the U.S. and Canada under our own operating authority - we do not lease from the van lines. Our fleet of trucks is very modern and extremely well maintained - you will be operating a safe and comfortable vehicle. We run many expedited deliveries that either start or finish in Dallas; consequently, you will not be away from home for long periods of time. Most of our deliveries involve high value electronics and office furniture. We require our drivers to be ambassadors for the company - you will not be just "bumping docks."

Movers - TMC performs a large number of commercial and residential moves in the Metroplex. We are always interested in talking to hard-working, conscientious movers. We are a professional moving company with an excellent reputation and image. All of our movers are expected to wear company provided uniforms and maintain a neat and groomed appearance. Most of the work takes place during the normal work week; however, occasional overtime, weekend, and evening work may be required. You will receive excellent training and you will be part of a highly motivated team. We have some of the lowest turnover rates in the industry.

Operations - The operations department is at the heart of our business - this group of people is responsible for all of the logistical issues involved in the moving industry. This department includes dispatch personnel and warehouse management. TMC is always interested in talking to any individuals with experience in any of these areas.

Sales - The sales force has evolved into one of the largest departments at TMC. Our sales force is divided into three main concentrations: commercial relocation sales, electronic equipment transport sales, and residential sales. We prefer individuals with moving sales experience; however, we are always interested in salespeople outside the industry with a proven track record of success.

Office - TMC employs a large number of office personnel. The responsibilities of this department range from administrative assistant, to billing specialist, to office manager, to computer systems support and development.
